Off-Road Adventures Magazine named Chrysler Group’s Ram trucks as its “Manufacturer of Year” in its December 2010 issueOff-Road Adventures Magazine stated that “the 2011 Ram carries forward the legacy of innovative upgrades.”

“Today, the new 2011 Ram carries forward the legacy of innovative upgrades, one that the editor and writers of Off-Road Adventures Magazine recognize as a significant achievement in truck design and engineering,” said Off-Road Adventures Editor /Publisher Denis Snow.

The magazine went on to praise Ram Heavy Duty’s 5.7-liter HEMI® and 6.7-liter Cummins Turbo Diesel powertrains.

“These proven powertrains are well known for their reliability,” the Off-Road Adventures’ writers said. “The Cummins Turbo Diesel has major overhaul intervals of 350,000 miles. Recall that Ram and Cummins have worked shoulder-to-shoulder for more than 20 years, delivering billions of miles of customer satisfaction. Cummins-equipped Ram trucks exceeding 300,000 miles are common, with some even surpassing the 1 million mark!”

If you haven’t seen one of the new Ram Trucks yet, cruise by your local Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Dealer to take one for a test drive! You too will be a believer!
