Today we bring you another edition of the Brandl Media Minute. This week we’re working with a 2012 Ram 3500 Laramie with the 6.7L Cummins Turbo Diesel.  Follow along with yours truly as I show you the integrated 115V Power Inverter that provides you with a wall like outlet right in the truck. You can now plug in and charge batteries of all kinds, including cameras, laptops, cell phones, and any other light duty power needs.

You can find this awesome feature across all four American Chrysler Group Brands, though not in all trim levels and models. You will find it in Chrysler Town and Country‘s, Dodge Durango‘s, Jeep Grand Cherokee‘s, and select Ram Trucks.

Stay tuned as we will be doing more Brandl Media Minute Videos, explaining more of the great things these vehicles can do! If you have any questions about how to operate any of the features on your Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Vehicle, or have suggestions on other topics we should cover, send me an email at

Jeep is releasing a special edition Wrangler for 2011 called the “Black Ops Edition,” which is inspired by the “Call of Duty: Black Ops” video game which will be featuring the new special edition Jeep. The “Black Ops Edition” Wranlger should be available at Jeep dealers next month according to sources online. Here’s what the folks who make “Call of Duty” had to say.

“It was important for us to make sure that the Jeep partnership would be authentic and enhance the setting we immerse our fans in with Black Ops,” said Mark Lamia, Studio Head of game developer Treyarch. “Our work with the Jeep team focused around using the Jeep Wrangler in our levels, and gameplay experiences, and translating the style and look of the vehicle in Black Ops to the Jeep on the showroom floor that our fans can own.”

The 2011 Jeep Wrangler Call of Duty: Black Ops Edition hits dealerships next month, priced from $30,625 for the two-door model and $33,500 for the four-door Unlimited (a base two-door Rubican normally starts at $28,775). Based on the Wrangler’s Rubicon trim, the Black Ops Edition features mineral gray alloy wheels wrapped in 32-inch off-road tires, Mopar taillamp guards, a Mopar fuel door, Call of Duty: Black Ops logos, and an entirely blacked-out exterior.
